Trip to Hunza, Naltar & Khunjerab

Depart Islamabad at midnight (Lahore passengers board at 7 PM the evening before). Drive north through Naran, stop at Lulusar Lake and the spectacular Babusar Top before descending to Gilgit. If Babusar Pass is closed, the group travels via KKH instead.

After breakfast, head into the lush Naltar Valley. Take a jeep ride up to the famous Satrangi (seven-coloured) Lake and the beautiful Blue Lake. There is an optional hike to Shingu Meadows for those who want more adventure.

Visit the Hopar Glacier viewpoint in the Nagar Valley before heading into the heart of Hunza. Explore the 700-year-old Baltit Fort and enjoy traditional Hunzai cuisine for lunch. End the afternoon at Eagle's Nest for a breathtaking sunset over Rakaposhi and Ultar Peak.

A full-day excursion to Pakistan's most dramatic highlights. Boat on the turquoise waters of Attabad Lake, cross the swaying Hussaini Bridge, then drive all the way to the Pak-China border at Khunjerab Pass (4,693m). Watch the sunset from the iconic Passu Cones on the way back.

Morning visit to the ancient Altit Fort and the surrounding Royal Gardens with their historic rock carvings. Drive back to Gilgit with a lunch stop at Minapin, passing through the scenic Nagar Valley.

Early breakfast and long drive south back to Islamabad via the Karakoram Highway. Lunch stop near Naran or Besham. Islamabad participants arrive by 9:30 PM; Lahore passengers continue overnight, reaching Lahore by 2 AM. Karachi participants stay overnight in Islamabad.
